How do I place an Order?

Add the items you’d like to your basket including the colour and size (if applicable), then proceed to checkout entering your delivery and payment details. Delivery is free on all UK orders.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

It’s not always possible to cancel or change an order but we understand that sometime you may change your mind or make a mistake. Get in touch with us as soon as you can and we will try our best to help you out.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope, we hate it when company’s make us do that, so you can check out as a guest without creating an account if you prefer. You can also create an account if you prefer, which means you’ll be able to see all of your orders in one place and track them. We also email our members with exclusive discounts and promotions, so you know you might as well create an account after all.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Orders in the UK are usually delivered within a maximum of 5-7 working days, delivery is completely free on all orders. As each item is made to order, it usually takes 2-3 days for dispatch. We’ll keep you informed all the way through the process and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can visit track my order and enter your email address and order number to see if your order has been processed and dispatched. You’ll also receive an email from us with the tracking information once we’ve dispatched your order.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

Yup. Just checkout as normal and change the delivery country to wherever you need, cos it’s international it may take a little longer for delivery.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?

In the UK, most of our orders are shipped via Hermes. We’ll send you an email with the tracking information so you know when your order is going to be delivered. If you have specific delivery instructions, please add these at checkout and we will let the courier know.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

As a small, independent company, most of our items are manufactured to order. We aim to dispatch your order a maximum of 3 working days after you’ve placed it, however during busy periods this can take longer. If this is the case, it will be clearly displayed on our site and you’ll be updated at all times.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

If you’re in the UK, delivery is completely free, on all orders. Yup, you read that right, no minimum spend here. If you’re based Internationally, we charge a flat rate of £8.99 per order. Any questions, just give us a shout and we’ll be happy to help.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We currently accept payments via Debit/Credit card or PayPal. The cards we accept include Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay via Apple Pay on enabled devices.

Are My Details Safe When Ordering?

Yes.

We utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.

This technology includes the following features:

Authentication – this assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct computer server, and that the server is secure.
Encryption – this encodes the data, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server.
Data Integrity – this checks the data being transferred to ensure it has not been altered.
In the unlikely incidence of unauthorised use of your card you must report the incident immediately to your credit card provider in order to qualify for security protection.

Can I Return An Item?

Sure, if you’re unhappy with any item, you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. All returned items must be in an unused condition and in the state in which you received them. We’ll send you an email once we have received your return and processed your refund.

To arrange a return, please get in touch with us and we’ll sort this out for you. Please be aware, you must include your order number when returning an item.

How Long Will My Refund Take?

We’ll let you know via email when your return has been processed. Once we’ve processed your refund, please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to return to your bank. All refunds will return to your original payment method.

Can I Make An Exchange?

Unfortunately, we aren’t currently able to offer direct exchanges. If you want to make an exchange, we’d recommend making a new order for the item you’d like and returning your original order to us for a full refund. If you’re struggling, just get in touch and we’ll try our best to guide you through the process.

What Do I Do If My Order is Faulty/Damaged?

Ahh no, we strive for perfection so if this is the case, we’re super sorry! We’ll do everything we can to resolve this for you, just get in touch with us and we’ll take it from there.
