Can I Return An Item?
As all of our items are made to order, returns can only be made in the case of a manufacturing default. This must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order. We will then provide you with a returns address, all returns are made at the buyers cost. We’ll send you an email once we have received your return and processed your refund.
To arrange a return, please get in touch with us and we’ll sort this out for you. Please be aware, you must include your order number when returning an item.
How Long Will My Refund Take?
We’ll let you know via email when your return has been processed. Once we’ve processed your refund, please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to return to your bank. All refunds will return to your original payment method.
Can I Make An Exchange?
Unfortunately, we aren’t currently able to offer direct exchanges.
